Review - Free trial

I'm excited to announce that our Review - free trial is now available as a free trial! you can sign up for the free trial by clicking on the following link: app.byggeprojekt.dk/review/try. If you attempt to register using an already existing Project user account, the system will identify it and prompt you to access the login page, where you can initiate your trial. Alternatively, you can also sign up through the in-app popup promotion that will appear the next time you log in. Enjoy! 🔥

Collection of Minor Updates

We are pleased to announce that our latest platform update includes several small updates and bug fixes. These improvements will enhance the user experience and ensure smoother platform operation. Thank you for your continued support as we work to make our platform the best it can be.

Implement a "Access denied" screen for cases where users attempt to access information they lack permission to view. This could apply to file sharing or link sharing on the platform.

Streamline the process for deleting files to make it simpler.

Include an icon for "Tender hand over" in the right-click menu on projects.

Enable System Administrators to re-open reviews that have already been closed.

Simplify the "My Account" dropdown menu.

Modify the content of emails sent to unregistered users so that they no longer contain the phrase "Dear <UUID>."

Allow users to extend the functionality of the platform.

Bug fixes

Resolved issue causing an error page when clicking on the Pre-qualifications link.

Rectified the problem of colored text not being applied correctly in tender e-mail messages.

Fixed the bug causing user profile pictures to break when uploading filetypes other than jpg or png.

Ladies and gentlemen, the moment we've all been waiting for is finally here! Our latest release is hot off the presses and ready for the masses with the following updates:

Introducing routes for improved navigation

We are pleased to inform you that we have recently introduced new routes in the review module and my profile area to enhance your browsing experience. With the new routes, you can now bookmark pages and navigate back and forth between them using your browser's back and forward arrows. This feature is particularly useful when you need to refer back to a previous page during a review.

To use the new routes, simply navigate to the desired page and click on the bookmark icon to save it. You can then use your browser's back and forward arrows to move between the bookmarked pages. This functionality is available on all pages within the review module.

Allow export of .IFC files to Excel from Autodesk Forge viewer

We have added support for exporting components from .IFC files to an Excel sheet. Previously, this feature was available only for Revit and DWG files. With the newly added support, users can now export component data from IFC files to Excel sheets, providing a more flexible and streamlined workflow. This update empowers our users to work with a wider variety of file types, ensuring that they have the tools they need to succeed in their projects.

Correct export for CSV does not show same dateformat as web application.

Change number to users <Full name> (E-mail) in comments when creating reports from a review.

Fix “Assign to me” under “All annotations” sometimes stuck in loading data.

Brand new way of creating Annotation types

Users can now drag and drop the fields in the overview to change their order. This feature is particularly helpful for users who need to customize the order of fields for a particular workflow. The ability to change the order of fields also improves the overall usability of our application.

Easily navigate between recently viewed drawings in a review

Starting today, when a user views a drawing, they will be able to easily access a list of drawings they have seen in the past three days. This feature is available by clicking on the top left corner of the screen.

The list is conveniently categorized by day, with "Today", "Yesterday", and "The Day Before Yesterday" sections, making it easy for the user to quickly find the drawing they are looking for. This feature is particularly useful for users who frequently work with multiple drawings and need to switch between them quickly.

Additional fixes

A metadata column with file description has been added in the Annotations table to quickly identify the drawing.

Context menus with grouping and icons
